Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy sets out the terms that apply to payments, refunds, and cancellations for services and digital products purchased through RevenueMind. It applies to all transactions made via this website.

RevenueMind is operated by Yaniv Golan, an independent consultancy based in the United Kingdom. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed in writing as part of a consultancy engagement.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. RevenueMind does not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Invoices for consultancy engagements are issued in accordance with the terms set out in your service agreement. Payment terms for invoiced work are 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include reports, assessments, frameworks, templates, and any other downloadable or online content purchased through this website.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, by accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of that content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has been provided.

If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet accessed it, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

4. Consultancy Services

Consultancy services include strategy sessions, advisory engagements, and any bespoke work agreed under a service proposal or contract.

Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel a booked session or engagement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will not incur a charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be charged in full. For longer engagements, cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.

Cancellation by RevenueMind

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booked session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date or a full refund of any amount paid for that session.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.

Refunds will be issued where:

  • A digital product has been purchased but not accessed, and a cancellation request is made within 14 days.
  • A session has been cancelled by RevenueMind and cannot be rescheduled.
  • A service has not been delivered as agreed, and the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • Digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • A consultancy session has been delivered.
  • Work has been completed in accordance with the agreed scope.
  • A cancellation is requested after the 14-day period for unaccessed digital products.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
